Board Elects Vice Presidents, Commission Members
The newly formed FIBA Europe Board for the 2006-2010 mandate met for the first time this past Monday in Munich and elected Mr. Sergey Chernov (RUS), Mr. Turgay Demirel (TUR) and Mr. Fausto Maifredi (ITA) as Vice Presidents.
Mr. George Vassilakopoulos, who was re-elected FIBA Europe President, is one the four FIBA Europe representatives on the FIBA Central Board along with Mrs. Marion Grethen (LUX), Mr. Yvan Mainini (FRA) and Mr. Jose Luis Saez (ESP).
